Are you an aerialist looking to take things to the next level? Or are you just looking to get stronger? This class is perfect for participants of any level looking to strengthen the major muscles needed in Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hammock, or Pole Fitness! Or perhaps you are new to fitness and would like to take a conditioning class before taking one of these disciplines? This class is perfect as no experience is required. This conditioning class will focus primarily on the upper body and core as these muscle groups are critical for all aerial disciplines. Participants will use the aerial silks for exercises but will not be introduced to new moves. Bring your water bottle, wear comfortable fitness clothing and be prepared to work hard! A perfect class for everyone!
